How to Install python-apns-client software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-apns-client software package provides Python client for the Apple Push Notification service (APNS), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-apns-client

python-apns-client is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-apns-client package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-apns-client *

You will get with python-apns-client package name, version, architecture and description in a table
